A decision from a Turkish authority, a contract in a language you do not read, a time limit you are not sure of. The work is organised so that you can follow and decide on each step without being in Turkey.
You understand the position before you decide
We review your documents and legal position, then explain your options, relevant deadlines, potential risks and the steps available to you. You decide how to proceed. Nothing is filed or done in your name without your approval.
We handle each stage and keep you informed
Once you decide how to proceed, we handle the necessary applications, correspondence, objections and negotiations and, where required, proceedings before Turkish authorities and courts. At each important stage, we explain what has happened, what it means and what comes next.
Your matter can be handled while you remain abroad
From the first consultation to document sharing and ongoing communication, much of the process can be handled remotely. We can meet by video call or phone. If your physical presence in Turkey is required at any stage, we explain this in advance and plan it with you.
