This Notice concerns only visitors to this website and those who contact us through the site’s forms and communication channels. The processing of file and case data relating to existing or prospective clients is subject to a separate privacy notice.

2. Personal Data Processed
Only to the extent that you provide it through this website, the following personal data is processed:
- Contact form: full name, email address, phone number, subject and the content of your message
- Career/application form: full name, email address, phone number, application type, CV/résumé link and, if any, your message
- Information you volunteer to us by email, phone or WhatsApp
3. Method of Collection
This data is collected electronically, through the site forms you complete and the communication channels you choose. The site does not use first-party cookies that identify you; for details, please see the Cookie Policy.
4. Purposes of Processing
- Receiving, assessing and responding to your contact and consultation requests
- Contacting you and following up on your request
- Assessing career applications and carrying out application processes
- Fulfilling legal obligations and ensuring the security of the site
5. Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed within the conditions set out in Article 5 of the PDPL; depending on the nature of your request, on the grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, that it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation, that it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and our legitimate interests provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Where these conditions are not met, processing is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent.
6. Transfer and Transfer Abroad
As a rule, your personal data is processed domestically and only to the extent necessary; it may be shared with the competent authorities where required by a legal obligation or upon their request.
The data you submit through the contact and career forms on the site reaches us via Web3Forms (Web3Forms LLC), the service that relays form submissions; this provider’s infrastructure and servers are located abroad. Our mailbox is likewise hosted on email infrastructure located abroad. For this reason, your personal data may be transferred abroad within the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL. We advise you not to share confidential or case-specific details when filling in the form, and in particular not to submit special categories of personal data such as health or criminal conviction data through it.
If your explicit consent is present, Google Analytics 4 is run in order to measure visit statistics; the data collected through that tool is transferred by Google LLC to servers located abroad. Until you consent, the tool is never loaded and this transfer does not take place. For details, please see the Cookie Policy.
7. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the PDPL, by applying to the data controller you may exercise the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, at home or abroad
- To request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in the PDPL
- To request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
- To object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems
- To claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing
8. How to Apply
You may submit your requests via the email address you have previously notified to us and which is registered in our system, to info@bahcecihukuk.com. You may also apply using a secure electronic signature or mobile signature. If you wish to apply in writing by a signed petition, you may request our service address from the same email address; it will be provided to you without delay. Your application is concluded within the periods prescribed by law (as a rule, no later than thirty days). The procedures and principles for applications are subject to Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
